To say that life has been chaotic over the last few months is probably an understatement. It is only an illusion that the world is going crazy if you believe in the Hundredth Monkey theory. We are right in the middle of a huge transition. It is stressful, unnerving and wonderful all at the same time. I would suggest reading or listening to Synchronicity, Signs and Symbols by Patricia Rose Upczak, and Dr. Rupert Sheldrake’s book Morphic Resonance & The Presence of the Past The Habits of Nature. Dr. Sheldrake is an amazing physicist.

         We are all connected and at some point we will raise our collective consciousness and a much more positive world will happen. So hang on and send grace to humanity and our planet.

Build Your Own Story

Ever wonder how authors come up with interesting stories? Ms. Upczak will show you the building blocks of a story: character, setting, theme, and plot (the problem and the solution). Experience fun, hands-on activities using intriguing prompts and a basic blueprint. By the end of the workshop, your creativity will be flowing and you will have the satisfaction of having completed your own story. Then you can take the blueprint and build some more. Sculpting A Memoir

Adventures in Novel Writing

Reiki I and Reiki II Classes
Dates: April 11, 2026 or May 9, 2026 or June 6, 2026

Reiki I – $150 (10 am – 4 pm, lunch included)
Reiki II – $250 (12 pm -4 pm) One hour session must be scheduled with Reiki Master sometime during the week before the class. Reiki II Classes long distance Reiki. 12pm – 4pm. To schedule Reiki Master Training with Patricia call 303-517-2676

Reiki I classes consist of 4 attunements (this is what makes people able to reiki). The goal is to start the process of balancing one’s energy and being physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually aligned. This reiki is from the Traditional Reiki Alliance.
