The Hidden Power of Dreams, Part 4

Dreams are a nightly occurrence, but we don’t remember them all. Important dreams that the Universe wants you to remember happen at different times usually at pivotal times in our lives. It is really important to get enough sleep to allow your being to function at peak levels.

Researchers have discovered that meditating, no matter what method, improves sleep and dreaming recall.

Dreams have helped people resolve issues that they don’t seem to figure out in their waking state. Dreams have given people health diagnosis long before others have noticed the problems.

There are many people who have different thoughts about dreams but there are many techniques you can explore and help you understand your dreams.

In this blog we are going to explore briefly Lucid Dreaming. The first question most people ask is “What are Lucid Dreams?” Lucid dreams are when you know that you are dreaming while you are asleep. You are aware that the events flashing through your brain aren’t really happening. But the dream feels vivid and real. You usually are able to control how the action unfolds. It is much like you are directing a movie in your sleep.

Prominent figures from ancient to modern times have been fascinated by lucid dreams and have tried to understand their causes and purpose.

A consistent sleep pattern is very helpful for lucid dreaming. that means going to bed around the same time and getting up around the same time. This seems to help the dreamer get into regular sleep cycles so they can do Lucid Dreaming. Apparently substances like drugs and alcohol make it harder to have lucid dreams.

Lucid dreaming has always been an element of the spiritual practices of Taoism, Buddhism and Hinduism, They believed that dreaming is a way to connect more deeply with your soul.

The value of lucid dreaming is enormous. Often people start to feel that personal limitations begin to dissolve, and there’s a sense of being more in control of their personal destiny.
